An unforgettable escape!
What a fantastic getaway! The beautiful room offered stunning views and the staff's warmth was unmatched—always there to assist! The delicious food and vibrant nightly shows kept our spirits high. Plus, the pools were perfect for relaxation. Walking along the beach was a highlight too. Will definitely return!

large Junior Suite, beautiful ocean views, multiple pool sections
No potable water in rooms!!! The general store prices are outrageous, leading to inconvenient shopping trips!!! Some restaurants were disappointing in quality and ambiance, not what you'd expect at a 'luxury' resort!!!

Couple's getaway with top-notch staff
Had an exceptional time. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Elizabeth in towel service who always had a smile. And Enrique at the pool made sure our drinks were never empty, which made lounging on the beach a pleasure.
It wasn't inexpensive, but still reasonable for what we got.

Our stay at this place was memorable, especially with the entertainment options available. The kids loved the nightly shows and engaging classes that helped us appreciate the vibrant Mexican culture. The spacious room and various amenities made it enjoyable for everyone, including our grown children.
My kids wished there were more activities for children, especially at the pool. It was a bit underwhelming, as they were hoping for things like water slides or splash zones.

nice resort but needs service improvements
The location by the beach was stunning. Our One-Bedroom Suite was spacious and had a great view. The pools offered a nice atmosphere for relaxing with family.
The staff could benefit from better training in customer service.

Staying in the one-bedroom suite offered breathtaking views and a beautifully appointed space. The added convenience of two bathrooms was perfect for our family of four. However, the air conditioning broke down for the first three days, making our stay uncomfortable initially. Additionally, a chair in our room needed urgent repairs as a leg fell off, which took two days to address. We also encountered ongoing issues with a bedside lamp that sizzled. we unplugged it for safety.

The entertainment staff kept us engaged with fun activities like aerobics and game nights. Disappointed that wifi costs $10 per device daily, that's excessive.
